Details

An introduction on how to meditate and the healing power of altered states of consciousness, without the need for external input of substance. The practitioner teaches breathing techniques, hand movements, and drishti (eye position) to enhance the feeling of stillness and the outcomes of meditation.  Learn how to use a mantra to achieve a specific outcome (abundance, happy relationships, conquer negative thoughts, have a calm heart, etc.).
