About the Workshop
Dr. Jeff McNairy, Chief Medical Officer at Rythmia will be on-site June 14 – 20, 2026 and September 20 – 26, 2026 leading a featured guest speaker week. During these weeks, he will guide two specialized workshops, one plant medicine integration session, and his Nu Heart class.

About Dr. Jeff McNairy
Dr. Jeff McNairy, Chief Medical Officer at Rythmia, is passionate about the transformative potential of ayahuasca when combined with medical expertise and modern therapies. He holds a Psy.D., M.P.H., and has been working in the healthcare field for 25 years.
He has worked in a variety of medical environments and has seen the struggle individuals have when actually trying to heal. The current Western system of healthcare is deficient in healing the population. It is more concerned with managing symptoms and using external sources for “change.” Through Dr. McNairy’s intense experience with the most vulnerable patient populations (addiction, acute mental health, and trauma), he has seen that real healing can only come from within.

Our Story
In 2004, Gerry was the personification of the American businessman: rich, powerful, and unhappy. He had recently sold his company for $89 million and all the material luxuries in the world couldn’t fill the despair and layers of addiction that controlled his life. His life spiraled from grief into suicidal longing until a friend introduced him to a shortcut to truth in plant medicine. It was this life-altering experience with plant medicine that catalyzed his healing journey and inspired the creation of Rythmia Life Advancement Center.
Although plant medicine transformed Gerry’s life, he realized that journeying into the jungle unprepared, without medical support or guidance for processing his experience, was far from ideal.
