About John Jacob Mubarak

Teacher in Residence at Rythmia since 2017, TEDx speaker, founder of Sacred Truth Tours, and author.For nearly a decade, John Jacob has helped Rythmia guests carry their plant medicine breakthroughs home with them. As an Agape Licensed Spiritual Therapist and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, he blends psychology, breathwork, and ancient wisdom to guide the part that's often hardest: integration. A Life Changing Experience

It was my first ever taking a psychedelic and it was a life changing experience. It changed the trajectory of my life in a positive way and not always in ways I anticipated. The experience is very comprehensive, it’s a full program designed for you to get the most of your experience. The accommodations are very nice and the support staff excellent. There are lectures every day, yoga, breath work, medical support, massages, organic food, colonics, and of course the four ayahuasca ceremonies. The latter being defined for me as really getting to the bottom of how you became the person that you are, identifying major past traumas and the incredible healing that followed.

Where miracles happen

I went to Rythmia twice. First I went solo in 2022, then I went with a friend in 2023. Both of my stays there were incredible and I had life changing experiences because of Rythmia. I even wrote my debut book "My Drumbeats" after my experiences there. I couldn't keep the gifts I had received from Rythmia to myself. The program there makes sure that we are cared for: from the paramedics on site, the classes, the food, the teachers, and off course let's not forget about the shamans that are carefully hand selected by Rythmia. Best week of my life

I didn’t truly know self love & self worth until now. The whole program at Rythmia required every part of me to bring me the biggest sense of peace I’ve ever experienced. The trust, the love, the calm I now have are worth every penny which you can clearly see on the amount of love and care given by all the staff members. The people I met are now soul friends for the rest of my life. I went for a miracle and got 10! Truly Transformational

It’s hard to put into words what an incredibly transformational place Rythmia is in a short review. I can only say… I was there with 50 people and nearly every one of them walked away with a new appreciation for life and a renewed passion for living. They have an incredible staff and a well thought out and effective process of putting the attendee in touch with their truest self. Best week ever!

Without question, the single most impactful week of my life. I reconnected to my true self, let go of life-long issues and opened my heart fully. Not only that, I met people who I now consider my family. The staff at Rythmia is second to none, I've never felt more cared for and supported. And the resort itself felt so safe, welcoming and comfortable - not to mention gorgeous. Truly a magical experience that I wish everyone could have. Truly a healing place

My husband and I chose Rhythmia because they are the only medically licensed center for plant medicine that we are aware of. Our experience was truly magical. There was one evening where my husband fainted and the medics and shamans assistants took incredibly good care of him and kept an eye on him the rest of the week.The staff and shamans are simply some of the most loving beautiful people we have ever experienced. The ceremonies were absolutely beautiful and sacred, accompanied by live music much of the time by what seemed to be angels.We will definitely return.

The Best Services & Experience

The most caring, attentive and authentic staff. First class resources. Exceptional food. Everything is setup for the optimal experience. This is my third time traveling to Rythmia over the last five years. Each time the experience has progressively improved. I'm not sure how they do it; however, they manage to raise the bar. On the Fence

Life changing experience. I was initially very hesitant since I didn't have any experience with plant medicine. Mental and physical blocks were removed - pain and anxiety where placed with joy and peace. I am so grateful for this experience. Safe Nurturing Environment to find your Miracle

Worth every penny

Robert's trip of a lifetime. Worth every penny. This was a life changing experience for me and my wife. The center had a great staff, accommodations and the best healthy meals we have ever had. They have it set up so that you will make many friends even though that was not our intention when we went there. The bonds created ended up being an important aspect of our experience. We are planning on going back next year. BTW, age doesn't matter.
