Program Outline and Agreement:

Our Media Exchange Program provides the ability for guests to experience our Shared Queen room at the same price as our Triple Twin room.

In order to qualify for this program, the guest must agree to a value exchange, which includes at minimum:

  • 3 Social Media Posts Pre-Trip (On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok)
  • 3 Social Media Posts While On-Site (On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok)
  • 3 Social Media Posts Post-Trip (On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok)
  • 3 Referrals who show up to a call with a Guest Consultant

If the guest feels calls to post more, of course they may, but this does not give them any additional credit.  Referrals who show up on a call with a Guest Consultant are also eligible for our Send 3, Heal Free program.

Not included in this offer and done completely at the discretion of the Guest is a review of their experience on platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, and RetreatGuru.

Rythmia’s Compliance team will check each program participant for adherence to this agreement and where the signer does not adhere to the deliverables, they agree to pay standard price of the Shared Queen Room.  Checks will be as follows:

  • One check on the day prior to check-in date (Pre-Trip Posts)
  • One check on the check-out date (Posts On-Site)
  • One check two weeks after check-out date (Post-Trip Posts)
  • One check one month after check-out date (Referrals)

Rythmia will send an email to the guest at these checks only in the case that the guest does not adhere.  Rythmia will then give the guest 3 days to respond with evidence of the said posts or referrals within the time frames above after which it will charge the credit card on file for the difference between the Twin Triple and Shared Queen Rooms.
